1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries by First Europe Education (FEE) LTD, Manchester (hereinafter referred to as FEE) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking the Buy/Order button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail after receiving your order.
4. Notice of cancellation
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
You lose your initial right of cancellation for a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier if we have started to perform the contract after
1. you have expressly consented to us commencing performance of the contract before expiry of the cancellation period, and
2. you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation by giving your consent at the start of the performance of the contract.
5. Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components
6. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the order process.
7. Reservation of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
